Oasis Hub is open every day, including weekends, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The first slot is 8–9am and the last is 9–10pm. You can reserve future slots up to 365 days ahead.
Can I book more than one hour?
Yes. Select any available one-hour slots on the same day. Consecutive slots make one longer session; separate slots are listed individually in your confirmation.
How many coaches can book each slot?
Each pool accepts only one coach booking per hourly slot. You may select multiple available hours. Each pool is limited to 8 people, including the coach. Coaches who exceed this limit will be banned from using the pool.
How do I find or cancel my booking?
Guests can open My booking and enter their reference and private access code. Account holders can sign in and open My account to view their saved bookings. Cancel a test booking before its first selected hour begins to release all its test slots. No payments, fees or real venue reservations are involved on this test site.
What should I bring?
Bring your booking reference, suitable swimwear, and your own towel. Check the venue's posted pool rules when you arrive.
